Familulu Terms of Service

Welcome to Familulu ("the App" or "Milu").

The App is developed, operated, and maintained by Sichuan Yan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read and understand this Agreement in full before registering, logging in, or using the App.

If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not register, log in, or use the App. By registering, logging in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Familulu is an AI-powered family education companion for children. Our core philosophy is to help parents better understand their child's development through respect, care, understanding, and companionship, while providing a safe and beneficial interactive learning experience through the AI companion "Milu".

2.1 You need a mobile phone number to register an account. One phone number may only be associated with one parent account.

2.2 You must ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of your registration information.

2.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.

2.4 The App uses a "parent-child" account system: parents register a primary account and may create up to 3 child profiles. Each child profile has independent learning data, conversation history, and developmental profiles.

2.5 You may deactivate your account at any time. After deactivation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

3.1 Core services include but are not limited to:

• AI companion "Milu" voice/text interaction with children
• Parent-side growth data tracking and analysis
• Personalized learning suggestions and developmental assessments
• Photo homework analysis and learning assistance

3.2 The App is powered by artificial intelligence. You understand and agree that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We continuously improve our AI capabilities but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.

3.3 This App does not replace professional educational guidance, psychological counseling, or medical diagnosis. Please consult relevant professionals for specialized concerns.

4.1 You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

4.2 You must not transmit content that:

• Violates fundamental constitutional principles
• Endangers national security or discloses state secrets
• Incites terrorism or extremism
• Promotes violence, obscenity, gambling, or other harmful information
• Defames or infringes upon others' lawful rights
• May adversely affect the physical and mental health of minors
• Violates applicable laws or public morals

4.3 You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or circumvent its security mechanisms.

4.4 You must not use the App's AI features to batch-generate content for commercial purposes.

5.1 The App is designed for families and children. We take minor protection seriously and have implemented multiple technical and administrative safeguards.

5.2 Parents/guardians should guide and supervise children's use of the App. Children under 14 should use the App with guardian consent and guidance.

5.3 The AI companion "Milu" follows these principles when interacting with children:

• Does not proactively discuss topics inappropriate for minors
• Guides children to seek parental help for sensitive topics
• Does not collect information beyond what is necessary for service
• Provides daily usage time management features

6.1 All content of the App, including software, technology, interfaces, designs, icons, text, images, audio, and video, is owned by the Company or its licensors.

6.2 You may not copy, distribute, display, or modify any content of the App without prior written consent.

6.3 Input content you provide (text, images, audio) remains your intellectual property. You grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide and improve our services.

6.4 The Company does not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs. You may reasonably use such outputs.

7.1 Some features require payment. Pricing and included benefits are displayed on the purchase page.

7.2 You must pay through official payment channels provided by the App. Payments through unofficial channels (including third-party payment, offline transfers, etc.) are at your own risk.

7.3 Milu Beans (米噜豆)

• Milu Beans are virtual items obtainable only through in-app purchases, used to unlock virtual services.
• Milu Beans are not currency and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, or traded outside the App.
• Once purchased, Milu Beans are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Milu Beans do not expire during the lifetime of your account.
• We may adjust consumption rules or pricing with advance notice; changes do not affect Beans you already hold.

7.4 Daily Energy (今日能量)

• Daily Energy is a free daily usage allowance for AI features.
• Daily Energy cannot be purchased or accumulated; it resets daily at midnight and unused energy does not carry over.
• Usage order: consume Daily Energy first; when depleted, consume Milu Beans.

7.5 Milu Pro Membership

• Milu Pro is a time-limited premium service with benefits as shown on the purchase page (higher daily energy, in-depth reports, complete temperament readings, etc.).
• Pro is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal or auto-charge. It reverts to the free tier upon expiry.
• The "First Month Trial Price" is limited to first-time subscribers, one per account.
• Pro benefits are bound to the account and non-transferable.

7.6 Refunds

• Virtual items are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact us for duplicate charges or system errors.
• Android/HarmonyOS/Windows: contact our support for payment issues.
• iPhone/iPad: transactions are processed by Apple; you must request refunds through Apple directly.

7.7 Minor Purchases

• All paid features are intended for parents/guardians only. Purchases must be made by or with the consent of the guardian.
• Safeguard payment credentials to prevent unauthorized minor purchases.
• If an unauthorized minor purchase occurs, contact us promptly with supporting evidence.

7.8 Account Deactivation

• Upon deactivation, remaining Milu Beans and unexpired Pro benefits are forfeited and cannot be restored or converted to cash.

8.1 We may modify service content. We will notify you in advance of material changes.

8.2 If you breach this Agreement, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access.

8.3 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure but will restore service promptly.

9.1 The App is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.2 AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice.

9.3 We are not liable for losses caused by your personal circumstances (device failure, network issues, improper use).

9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

11.1 We may amend this Agreement due to legal changes or business adjustments. Amendments will be posted within the App.

11.2 Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
